Welcome to Élevue Baking ! By accessing and using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of this site, including customers, browsers, and vendors. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website, social media pages, or by contacting us directly.

  • All orders must be confirmed with full payment or a non-refundable deposit as specified at checkout.

  • We accept payments via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or cash (for local delivery only).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once an order is placed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All orders are non-refundable once production has started.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a refund for baking classes.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Orders must be picked up at the designated time and location agreed upon.

  • Delivery is available within specified areas in Hampton Roads for free

  • Once an order is delivered, Élevue Baking is no longer responsible for the product.

5. Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

  • Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

  • Customers with food allergies should exercise caution when placing orders.

6. Custom Orders & Design Variations

  • Custom orders require detailed specifications please state in the additional information section production.

  • Due to the nature of baking, slight variations may occur in colors, decorations, or designs.

  • We strive to meet customer expectations but do not guarantee exact replications of designs.

7. Liability & Damage

  • Once a product has been handed over to the customer, we are not responsible for any damage, improper storage, or handling issues.

  • Customers should follow proper storage instructions provided to ensure the best quality of the product. STORE ALL FRESH BREAD IN THE FRIDGE.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Elevue Baking reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

  • Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new terms.
